The file is compressed to reduce its size for downloading. Before you can use Diet Planner Pro it must be returned to its original size. This is called extracting or unzipping the file. To extract the file (unzip), right click the folder you have just downloaded and choose Extract all. Once the file is unzipped it is ready for use. |
