Diet Planner Pro User Manual - Summary
Open Diet Planner Pro like any other Excel file. You can also save multiple copies. You could, for example, have a file for each week of your diet by simply using the Excel 'Save As' command.
Enter your details in the 'Profile' spreadsheet to calculate your daily nutritional targets.
Add your own foods and meals to the 'Foods' and 'Meals' spreadsheets.
Create recipes in the 'Recipes' spreadsheet by listing the foods that make up the ingredients of each meal.
Add your exercises in the 'Exercises' spreadsheet and create your exercise plan in the 'Exercise Plan' spreadsheet.
Use the 'Meal Planner' spreadsheet to plan your daily meals and add them to the spreadsheet for appropriate day of the week.
Update the daily meal plans with your actual meals.
Keep track of your daily progress and compare your forecast weight loss against your actual weight loss in the 'Summary' spreadsheet.
Use the 'Shopping' spreadsheet to see what groceries you'll need for the week and print out shopping lists.
